Salesforce: Dreamforce 2025,
Agentforce Voice

2025

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing worked with Salesforce to develop an installation for Dreamforce 2025. This activation allowed customers to experience Salesforce’s actual Agentforce Voice product by creating a customized voice agent tailored to their use case.  Attendees had a fun, hands-on conversation with their unique AI-powered Voice agent and experienced firsthand how Agentforce Voice uses reasoning and can take actions on behalf of the user. The activation averaged 185 users per day over three days, with a five minute dwell time. This activation used the actual Salesforce Agentforce Voice product and was built as a close collaboration with their development team.

Attendees created a bespoke voice agent based on their own unique context, which was spoken into the microphone by the user and transcribed to text using AI. We also used badge scan data to pull attendee name, company, and additional context for the AI agent. The activation made a direct phone call connection to this new agent, allowing the attendee to have an real, interactive conversation with it inside the booth. Participants gained a clear understanding of the agent's customizable attributes and left the experience with a personalized agent and shareable photo booth moment. After participating in the activation, attendees received an email with the phone number to their new agent in addition to a URL to a website where they could conversate with that same agent via a web chat. Attendees could call or chat with their agent for 30 days post event.

As the lead creative technologist for GPJ, I worked closely with the GPJ creative team and the Salesforce client to design the experience and create the user journey. I managed the technical development and production while overseeing design, animation, and asset handoff. This experience was developed over a short timeline of five weeks. I traveled onsite to San Francisco, CA to install the experience and maintained it during the entire run of show.
