Salesforce: Dreamforce 2025
and Tableau Conference 2025,
Jack in the Box CSE

2025

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing worked with Salesforce to develop an installation for Jack in the Box for Tableau Conference 2025, a show with 5,000 attendees. This CSE showcased how Jack-in-the-Box utilizes Salesforce Tableau and Agentforce inside their business. Jack-in-the-Box (JITB) required an innovative way to showcase the power of Tableau Pulse by demonstrating its utility from two distinct user perspectives: store management and the end customer.

GPJ developed a dual-track activation: the "Manager’s Special" put users into a store manager role analyzing Tableau dashboards to make business decisions, while the "Ultimate Customer" track demonstrated agentic AI assisting a drive-through customer order. The Customer path featured a custom animated Agentforce chatbot. The activation achieved exceptionally high engagement and completion rates, with the Customer Path seeing 801 users (97% completion) and the Manager Path seeing 456 users (95% completion), demonstrating clear ROI on user attention. The dual-path model (manager and customer) effectively targeted two distinct executive audiences.

As the lead creative technologist for GPJ, I worked closely with the GPJ creative team and the Salesforce client to design the experience and create the user journey. I managed the technical development and production while overseeing design, animation, and asset handoff. This experience was developed over a short timeline of five weeks. I traveled onsite to San Diego, CA to install the experience and maintained it during the entire run of show. The JITB activation and its digital platform, art assets, and animations were later updated and reused for Dreamforce 2025.
